These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") establish the general terms and conditions for using the online store.dream2drive.lt(hereinafter referred to as the "Store") terms and conditions, the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules are a binding legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the procedure for purchasing, paying for, delivering, returning goods, and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods.
1.2. By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is subject to the Rules in force at the time of placing the order.
1.4. Only capable natural persons (at least 18 years of age) and legal entities have the right to purchase in the Store.
2. Ordering goods
2.1. The Buyer orders goods in the Store by selecting the goods, specifying the desired quantity and adding them to the shopping cart.
2.2. After creating the cart, the Buyer enters delivery details, selects a payment method and confirms the order.
2.3. The order is considered placed when the Buyer receives a confirmation message by e-mail.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the Buyer does not provide the required data or there is reason to believe that the order is fraudulent.
2.5. Certain goods (kart frames, engines, special parts) can be manufactured or ordered individually according to the Buyer's needs. Delivery terms for such goods are agreed and informed separately.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices of goods in the Store are indicated in euros (€) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the goods at any time. The Buyer is subject to the price valid at the time of placing the order.
3.3. Available payment methods are indicated during the order process and may include bank transfer, payment cards or other electronic payment methods.
3.4. The price of delivery of goods is indicated separately during the order process and depends on the selected delivery method and the weight/dimensions of the goods.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1. Goods are delivered within the EU territories and, by separate agreement, in other countries.
4.2. Standard delivery time is within 3-15 business days from receipt of payment, if the item is in stock. Delivery time for specific or custom-made items is negotiated individually.
4.3. The goods are delivered via courier service or collected from an agreed collection point, or, if separately agreed, at the Seller's premises.
4.4. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer (or his authorized representative) must check the condition of the shipment. If any damage is noticed, the Buyer must note this on the delivery document and immediately inform the Seller.
4.5. The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer or to the person indicated by him.
5. Return and exchange of goods
5.1. Right to withdraw from the contract (for consumers)
5.1.1. The Buyer (a natural person purchasing for non-business purposes) has the right to14 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt of the goods, to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania10article.
5.1.2. In order to return the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing (by e-mail) of his intention to withdraw from the contract.
5.1.3. The returned product must be in its original packaging, have not lost its commercial appearance, and have not been used (except for the inspection necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the product).
5.1.4. The Buyer shall pay the costs of returning the goods.
5.1.5. The Seller shall refund the money paid to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the return notification, but not before receiving the returned item.
5.2. Limitations on the right to withdraw from the contract
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

For goods manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or adapted to his personal needs.

For goods that are non-returnable due to their nature (e.g. hygiene products - underwear, used gloves).

For goods that have been used and have lost their commercial value as a result.
5.3. Goods of inadequate quality
5.3.1. If the Buyer has received a product of inadequate quality, he has the right to demand that the Seller correct the defects free of charge or replace the product with a suitable one.
5.3.2. If it is impossible to correct the defects or replace the goods, the Buyer has the right to demand a price reduction or terminate the contract and refund the money paid.
5.3.3. Claims regarding the quality of goods are accepted within 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods (according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
6. Warranties
6.1. The Seller provides the goods with a manufacturer's warranty, if any. The warranty conditions are specified for the specific goods or in the manufacturer's documents.
6.2. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, modifications, natural wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
6.3. Warranty conditions for motorsport and karting equipment may vary due to specific operating conditions - the exact conditions are provided with each product.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the Store do not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery of goods due to the fault of third parties (courier services, post office) or force majeure circumstances.
7.4. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper use, installation and maintenance of the motorsport and karting equipment. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the goods.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. All content of the Store, including texts, graphic elements, logos, photographs, product descriptions and software code, is the property of the Seller or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or otherwise use the Store content without the written consent of the Seller.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer (consumer) may contact:

9.3. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Seller's registered office, in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Gift certificates
10.1. Gift vouchers purchased in-store are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
10.2. Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
10.3. If the order amount is less than the value of the coupon, the balance remains in the coupon for further use.
11. Newsletters and marketing
11.1. The Buyer may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter by providing their e-mail address.
11.2. The Seller sends marketing messages only after receiving the Buyer's consent.
11.3. The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the letter or by contacting the Seller.
12. Final provisions
12.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. If any provision of these Rules becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
12.3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Rules. Updated Rules are published on the Store's website.
